I've taken probably 15 different "cures" or combination of such over the past 5 years and have found a combo that works for me. Not a cure, just something that makes the low times shorter and less intense. Which to some people, is a cure in itself. I get about 6 hours of sleep and I am good to go, whereas before I would need like 10-11 hours and will still get tired. I have a my tsh on my lab was high, but not diagnosed as hypothyroidism yet so I heard about this and to give it a try and boy am I blown away. I am more energetic and feel like a person instead of a zombie. Recommend it.
