I really like Life Extension items but this one gave me a dull headache all day. Still have it and will try it again soon to see if it was the weather, other supplements/meds or the actual CoffeeGenics. Not everyone are as sensitive as I am so don't let my side effects keep you from trying because it may help your diabetes.
